What is the Examen and how to use it?
If you haven’t heard of this before, an Examen is a devotional exercise involving reflection. To put it simply - a set of introspective prompts for you to follow. They are made available in text, video or pdf format for your convenience!
I first made these examens for parents that were expecting a child during the pandemic. They are great for discernment, self awareness, expressing gratitude, bringing insight to hard situations, and are an opportunity to converse openly with God.
Examens are short - you can do them anywhere you have 15 minutes to spare. I hope this resource is helpful in processing your journey towards birth, parenting and beyond.
