my name is Karyn.
I am a doula and childbirth educator with over 10 years of experience. I have loved, studied, and enjoyed all things baby long before I even had my own! I am passionate about and practice respectful caregiving in all aspects of my work.
My goal is to empower you to make the best informed decisions for your family and to provide you with a solid foundation to start your parenting journey confident and at peace.
